All Levels Classes

An All Levels Mat Class is offered every Wednesday evening at 7pm. Wednesday's class is held inside Lexington Physical Therapy (5590 Main St., Suite 4, Lexington, MI). This class is suitable for beginners to advanced.  Additional classes may be added weekly and will be announced on Facebook and Instagram as well as added to the calendar. No registration is required for this class, just drop in!
